HD Liposuction/Liposculpture/360 Lipo

Discover Your Perfect Shape With HD Liposuction and 360 Lipo

Liposuction is a commonly requested cosmetic surgery. Dr. Roche is one of the most experienced and accomplished liposuction surgeons in the Detroit area and uses Fat Transfer, and other advanced technologies to achieve the best results with state-of-the-art equipment. Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure. It is a cosmetic surgery procedure for patients who wish to sculpt fat that is resistant to diet and exercise, often due to inherited genetic traits that prevent people from achieving their desired body shape. This is why liposuction, and/or liposculpture, is a popular procedure.

About 360 Lipo

360 Lipo by Dr. Roche is a comprehensive liposuction procedure that is designed for someone who desires a dramatic change to their body.  Patients typically target certain areas of the body with this type procedure that include the back and arms, abdomen, and thighs.  However, 360 Lipo can also be used in conjunction with breast augmentation, breast lift, and Brazilian Butt Lift procedures.  To learn if 360 Lipo is right for you contact us to schedule a consultation today.

Areas Treated With 360 Lipo

Some of the more popular areas of the body that are treated with 360 Lipo include:

  • Abdomen/Hips/Flanks.  The core area is treated following the back and arms that includes both the front and sides of the abdomen.  As with the back and arm areas, the patient can also explore using both BodyTite and Broad Band Light treatments to help contour the skin over treated areas of 360 Lipo.
  • Back and arms.  Targeted areas include  upper back and lower back rolls of fat, fat around the lower waist, and excess fat on the back of the arms.  BodyTite and SkinTyte procedures can assist in contouring the treated areas that remain with excess skin.
  • Inner and Outer Thighs.  Once the back and arms, and abdominal area are completed, the inner thighs are treated.

Procedure Aftercare

Following a 360 Lipo procedure, Dr. Roche recommends a normal recovery time along with Zerona laser treatments.  Zerona treatments offer multiple benefits following a 360 Lipo procedure that include:  faster healing time, reduce any edema and pain, and skin tightening for treated areas.

Experienced Liposuction Surgeon

Many of us spend countless hours at the gym and go through frustrating diets in pursuit of physical perfection.  Unfortunately, that perfection doesn’t come very easy for most.  We feel like we’re spinning on a hamster wheel.   Whether it is due to aging, genetics or other unidentified reasons, some people just aren’t able to shed that last stubborn layer of fat no matter how hard they try.  That’s precisely the reason we use High Definition Liposuction.

Forget the old fashion liposuction methods, where surgeons just suck fat out and hope that your skin and structure will retract and bounce back! Traditional Liposuction has been surpassed by the newest technologies that are now available.

This revolutionary procedure takes the idea of traditional liposuction and turns it into an art form.  Using a thorough knowledge of the human anatomy, the Dr. Roche removes only select areas of fat deposits and/or depositing and leaves fat where more volume is desired.  In essence, Dr. Roche can virtually “sculpt” your tissue to give you that chiseled look you’ve always wanted.  Dr. Roche uses all modalities available to achieve the best overall result for his patients, Tumescent Liposuction, SmartLipo, UltraSonic Liposuction, Power-Assisted Liposuction and Suction Assisted Liposuction, as well as the Erchonia Scanner.

Tumescent Liposuction

Tumescent Liposuction is a method of infiltrating the desired area with tumescence that contains local anesthetic for numbing the area, epinephrine for vassal constriction. It also causes turger in the area which aids in the suction process later.

SmartLipo is a laser assisted technology that melts the fat it comes in contact with for easier suction removal later. The SmartLipo laser also cauterizes the vessels, so bleed and bruising is kept to a minimum, stimulates the collagen fibers, so it instantly starts to shrink and smooth the skin. The laser energy assists in the etching of the “6 pack” when sculpting.

UltraSonic Liposuction

UltraSonic Liposuction is another energy that liquefies the fat. This is the first modality that suctions the fat out of the body. The UltraSonic energy also stimulates the collagen fibers for tightening the skin. The energy stays with the body for a time after surgery, continuing to tighten. The UltraSonic energy provides the greatest help in the sculpting and etching component for muscle definition.

Power-Assisted Liposuction

Power-Assisted Liposuction uses an electric handpiece that gently vibrates while suction the fat from the desired areas. This does the largest job of removal of fat from the body.

Suction Assisted Liposuction

Suction Assisted Liposuction uses vacuum suction to do the final clean up in the liposuction areas. Dr. Roche uses multiple cannula sizes to achieve the final sculpted and etched result.

Erchonia Scanner

The entire time the surgery is being performed the Erchonia scanner is circulating over the surgical areas. The scanner aids in softening the tissue/fat so extraction is easier on the body. The scanner settings also help with pain, bruising and swelling post-surgery. So the patient is more comfortable after surgery.
