Message Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

COVID-19 - Dr. Roche

Dear Valued Patient,

I wanted to personally reach out and let you know we are enhancing protocols to maximize preventive health measures as we safely re-open on June 1st.  Our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients, employees and all the members of our community. We are committed to and are going above and beyond the CDC – Centers for Disease Control guidelines for healthcare professionals for COVID-19 prevention. We will continue to exceed safety precautions as we are notified of updates. We will provide telehealth appointments to all patients whenever possible and to first consultations to avoid unnecessary exposure.

Health and safety are everyone’s responsibility. We encourage you to practice safety measures at home and when you’re out.  Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for 20 seconds, wear a face mask when/where appropriate and please stay home if you are sick. Below is a list of just some of the things we are doing in response to COVID-19:

  • Pre-scheduling and arrival health screens for all patients and only healthy patients will be permitted – in office appointments limited to necessary visits only.
  • Covid-19 testing and health screens for all patients required prior to surgeries, procedures and any in office visits
  • Daily health screenings and temperature checks for all staff
  • TeleHealth for routine visits and TeleConsultations for the initial consultation to avoid unnecessary exposure
  • Face masks are required for entry into building
  • Appointments staggered to minimize interaction with others and allow time for proper sanitizing
  • Social distancing and no visitors permitted in building
  • Hepa Filtration System utilized and UVC Light Cleaning
  • Doors to building managed to minimize entries / delivery personnel met at door
  • Frequent sanitizing of common areas/surfaces and patient rooms using hospital grade cleaning disinfectant

We will continue to closely monitor updates from the CDC – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other governing organizations. We will update any information on our website and appreciate your patience during this time.  We hope this information helps you and your family stay healthy!

Sincerely,

Dr. Gregory C. Roche
