Dear Valued Patient,
I wanted to personally reach out and let you know we are enhancing protocols to maximize preventive health measures. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients, employees and all the members of our community. We are committed to and are going above and beyond the CDC – Centers for Disease Control guidelines for healthcare professionals for COVID-19 prevention. We will continue exceed safety precautions as we are notified of updates. If screening becomes available, it will be offered. We will offer virtual appointments to all patients to avoid unnecessary exposure.
Health and safety are everyone’s responsibility. We ask you to do your part by postponing your appointment if you have traveled out of the country, have been exposed and could be a carrier and/or if you have any symptoms of a respiratory infection (i.e. cough, fever, shortness of breath).
We encourage you to practice safety measures at home and when you’re out. Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for 20 seconds, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you have to sneeze or cough, and please stay home if you are sick. Take measures to avoid unnecessary contact with large crowds and confined gatherings of people to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
We will continue to closely monitor updates from the CDC – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other governing organizations. We will update any information on our website and appreciate your patience during this time. We hope this information helps you and your family stay healthy!
