Gregory C. Roche, D.O.

Dr. Gregory C. Roche is board certified in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has extensive experience in cosmetic procedures, and has been practicing in Bloomfield Hills since 1980.  He is well known for his personal attention he gives his surgery patients. Dr. Roche carefully explains the many treatment options available to change the signs of premature aging or the shape and size of a particular facial feature. Dr. Roche is a local expert in Facial/Cosmetic laser surgery.

Dr. Roche has treated thousands of happy, satisfied patients over the years. He has provided care to many famous patients such as the World Champion Detroit Pistons, the Stanley Cup Champion Detroit Red Wings, many radio personalities, models, and others just to name a few. He believes it is vital to put your best face forward so you too can feel good about yourself and your life.

Dr. Roche has made appearances on WRIF's "The Drew and Mike show" 101.1, WWJ 950 AM, FOX-2 Television, WPON 1460 AM, Comcast Cable and many others. He has been featured in the Oakland Press Newspaper concerning Laser Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Roche was born and raised in the Detroit area, and he donates many hours of his time to local causes. He believes our area is unique and that patients are sophisticated shoppers and very cost conscious.  He maintains and utilizes an office based surgical suite to provide care to his patients. In addition, anesthesia is provided by Board Certified Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Roche believes medicine and surgery are a dynamic flux and require constant education and training. He constantly attends cosmetic courses and seminars to broaden the scope of his training and surgical skills. In addition, Dr. Roche instructs and trains many physicians in cosmetic surgery and holds multiple associate professorships at several medical schools across the United States.

Dr. Roche has trained intensively with former presidents and masters of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and has performed over 5,500 cosmetic surgical procedures.

Dr. Roche is board certified by the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery/Facial Plastic Surgery in the specialty of ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery.

• Adjunct Professor of Surgery Des Moines College of Medicine and Surgery
• Adjunct Professor of Surgery College of Medicine and Surgery of the Pacific.

He is the director of the Bloomfield Hills Cosmetic-Laser Surgery Center.

Dr. Roche has served as the Department Chairman and Resident Program Director at the POH/Saint John's Medical Center for many years.

He has also served on the American Board of Examiners for the certification of new physicians.
