He was also voted “Best Cosmetic Surgeon” by both the Oakland Press and Hour Magazine. Dr. Roche was born and raised in the Detroit area, and believes Metro Detroit is unique. Detroiters are sophisticated, determined and carry an inner strength that is only enhanced after becoming patients.

The cosmetic surgery office is a member of Accreditation Association of Ambulalatory Health Care, the preeminent leader in developing standards to advance and promote patient safety, quality and value for ambulatory health care through peer-based accreditation processes, education and research. In addition, all anesthesia during surgery is provided by Board Certified Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Roche believes medicine and surgery are a dynamic flux and require constant education and training. He constantly attends, and teaches, cosmetic courses and seminars to broaden the scope of his training and surgical skills. In addition, Dr. Roche instructs and trains many physicians in cosmetic surgery and holds multiple associate professorships at several medical schools across the United States. Dr. Roche has trained intensively with former presidents and masters of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and has performed more than 7,500 successful cosmetic surgical procedures.

Director of the Bloomfield Hills Cosmetic-Laser Surgery Center, Dr. Roche has also served as the Department Chairman and Resident Program Director at the POH/McLaren Medical Center for many years. Dr. Roche has also served on the American Board of Examiners for the certification of new physicians in facial plastic surgery.
